Let’s have a straightforward first conversation.
Call, email or choose a time to talk. The first conversation is free, and you can decide what you want to do after we have spoken.
Tell us briefly what you would like to discuss. We will make sure it reaches the right Guideway team.

The practical things, so you know what you are picking up the phone for.
What happens in the first conversation?
You talk and we listen. It takes about half an hour, there is no fee for it, and there is nothing to sign at the end. You tell us what is on your mind — a retirement date, a letter from a fund, a decision you keep putting off — and we tell you honestly whether it is work we take on and how we would go about it. Then you decide, in your own time.
Will someone chase me afterwards?
No. If you want to go further you will tell us. We would rather you took the half hour, thought about it, and came back in six months than felt managed into something.
Do I have to come to the office?
Not at all. Most people we advise never do. We meet by video or phone right across Australia. If you would like to sit down with someone, we are at Level 3, 91 William Street, Melbourne — Eagle House — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, by appointment.
Which part of Guideway should I contact?
It genuinely does not matter. Use any of the three routes on this page, say roughly what you would like to discuss, and we will put it in front of the right team — personal advice, super fund services, or licensing for financial planners. Nobody is going to send you back to the start.
What are your contact details?
Phone 1300 138 138, email advice@guideway.com.au, or book a 30-minute time through the button above. Post reaches us at Level 3, 91 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Guideway Financial Services Pty Ltd, ABN 46 156 498 538, AFSL & ACL 420367.
Is there a contact form?
Deliberately not. A form means your details sit in a database on a web server before anyone has read them, and it tells you nothing about whether a person is actually on the other end. A call, an email from your own account, or a booked time all reach a person directly. If you would rather not use email, ring us.
Not sure which team you need?
Call, email or book a time anyway. Tell us what you would like to discuss and we will connect you with the right Guideway team.
