Outsourced member advice, delivered. Under your brand, or ours.
Video, phone and face-to-face member advice — intra-fund advice through to comprehensive — run by Guideway advisers. Take it as a white-label advice service with your name on it, or refer members to a Guideway adviser and let us advise them under ours.
White-labelled or referred. Two ways to outsource member advice.
The advice work is identical either way. What changes is whose brand the member sees, and how much you have to build before the first member is advised.
White-labelled advice service
We run your video, phone and face-to-face member advice under your brand — our advisers, our licence, your name on it. Intra-fund advice through to comprehensive.
Authorisation sits under AFSL and ACL 420367, which means the licence obligations and the supervision of the advisers sit with us rather than with the fund. You are buying a delivered service, not a compliance project.
The advisers, paraplanners, contact centre and compliance reviewers work within one accountable service model.
Referral to a Guideway adviser
Or refer members to a Guideway adviser and we advise them under our own brand and licence. No white-label build, no brand exposure. Pick whichever model suits your fund.
This is the shorter path in. There is no brand work, no co-branded collateral and no service to stand up before members can be seen — the referral goes out and the advice happens under Guideway.
Funds do not have to choose once and for all. The two models sit on the same advisers and the same record, so a fund can start with referral and move to a white-labelled service later.
Intent becomes a booked, prepared appointment.
A member who models a scenario at 9pm has told you something. Five steps turn that signal into a meeting with the right person, with the work already done.
A member advice contact centre, with people easy to reach.
Members reach a person, with AI doing the retrieval and note-taking behind the conversation.
What the fund gets: a better advice operating model.
The value is not a clever AI feature. It is a better advice operating model.
Questions funds ask about outsourcing member advice.
Answered plainly, so you can work out whether this is worth an hour of your time.
Intra-fund advice is limited or scaled personal advice a superannuation trustee provides to a member about that member’s own interest in the fund, where the cost is charged across the membership rather than billed to the individual. It is a way of paying for advice rather than a separate kind of advice. Our advisers deliver intra-fund advice through to comprehensive advice, by video, by phone or face to face.
Broadly four ways, and most funds run more than one at once: digital tools and calculators on the fund’s own site; a contact centre giving general advice; intra-fund personal advice about the member’s account; and comprehensive advice from a qualified adviser. Each of those can be staffed in-house or outsourced to a licensee. We deliver the last three, and the technology behind the first.
An advice service that carries the fund’s brand while another licensee employs the advisers and carries the licence obligation. Members see your name. Behind it, our advisers do the advising under AFSL and ACL 420367, and the supervision of those advisers sits with us.
It depends on how many members you need to reach, how quickly, and whether you want to carry a licence and an adviser payroll to do it. Building gives you full control and a long runway. Outsourcing puts members in front of advisers sooner and leaves the licence obligation with the provider. Funds do not have to pick once and for all — a fund can start by referring members to a Guideway adviser and move to a white-labelled service later, because both models sit on the same advisers and the same record.
Guideway’s, in both models. Advisers are authorised under AFSL and ACL 420367, held by Guideway Financial Services Pty Ltd, and the licence obligations and the supervision of those advisers sit with us. In the white-labelled model your brand is on the service and our licence is underneath it. In the referral model members are advised under Guideway’s own brand and licence.
White-labelled, we run your video, phone and face-to-face member advice under your brand — our advisers, our licence, your name on it, intra-fund through to comprehensive. Referred, you send members to a Guideway adviser and we advise them under our own brand and licence, so there is no white-label build and no brand exposure. Funds pick whichever model suits them.
Intra-fund advice through to comprehensive advice, delivered by video, by phone or face to face.
Members can speak with the contact centre, with AI supporting retrieval and note-taking behind the conversation. Service levels and contact pathways are agreed with each fund.
We set clear responsibilities across advice, paraplanning, the contact centre and compliance, with named points of contact for your team.
No. Nothing here requires the rest. Each service stands on its own and shares the same record, so adding another later never means starting again.
Bring us the members, not the tender.
A 30-minute call, and a walkthrough with your own member scenarios — the two delivery models compared against the members you actually have, before anyone writes a specification.
